bugün annemin doğum günü!
annem…
beni yaratan kadın! ilk örnek aldığım…
güçlü, yılmaz, bilge kadın…
elimden tutan, destekleyen, yetmeyince itikleyen,

TO DO LIST IN LONDON

do not even think of returning home without doing these…
i loathed but try to drink an English beer even if you hated. (they say Ale is the best.)
get a bike tour (if it’s possible, take your boyfriend with u) or have a picnic in Kensington or Parks, or both of them.
take a shot of night view of Harrods. then enter Harrods and feel the ambience.
get in bus number14 from Kensington, then get off in front of Harrods and arouse everyone in the bus jealousy. they are going to think that stay in a hotel over there.
get a tour in Portobello Rd and see Nothing Hill. at the end of the day watch the film “Nothing Hill”, thus u can catch the details.
on a sunday, go to Camden Town. it’s going to be crowded but the bazaars are great. you can find many different and special designs or second-hand clothes, accessories…
spare some time to shop in vintage bazaar of Spatialfields Market and take a look at vintage shops in Brick Ln
these are all i can remember. if u have a chance to be in London, just try to feel the city.

H E Y , I ’ M B A C K …

hey! it’s been for a while. i couldn’t find any time to write u. i’ve started to work and naturally i lost my time sense. well, i was in London as u know. i had meetings with Emily and Zoe in Kingston and Brunel Universities. of course, it wasn’t just a business trip. i’ve seen many places. but i have to admit that London was quite expensive, at least in first few days you feel so. after a couple of days, you get used to living conditions and prices. anyway, money and the economy are the most boring subjects if you telling your travel stories, although they are the most important components in our lives. here you are my latest rumors and impressions…
big ben was so british. the british museum was magnificent and london eye was a marvel of engineering. Kate’s palace does not seems like a real palace. to be honest, buckingham palace couldn’t impressed me but the officers in lead soldiers guise of the palace were charming. none of sightseeings could hit my heart but i adored the city. it was just beautiful.
one day, London could be my home but i will always reject their English beers. somehow, i couldn’t like their tastes. i found out a Cezhc beer. it's Straropramen but everybody calls it as “Star”, certainly with a british accent… its taste was highly similar with Efes. Cezchs definitely have a fine palate.
and there is one more thing. i made a “to do list” for London.
